As clients usually need at least 5 or 6 sessions to adapt to their new fitness regime, most people find that it is easier (and it is also cheaper) to book blocks of sessions instead

    6 sessions = £348

   12 sessions = £672

   18 sessions = £972

      The session price includes: 

  • your one-hour personal training session;
  • provision of all the fitness equipment we’ll need during your session
  • goal setting and monitoring, programme design and updates as you progress and the pre-planning of all training sessions;
  • weight management and nutritional advice throughout the course of your training with me;
  • email support throughout the course of your training with me.

Training in pairs

Where two people are starting from similar fitness levels and hoping to achieve similar goals, it can be possible for me to train both people together. So if you want to get fit with a friend, feel free to contact me for more information about how this works and prices.

All of the prices shown are for personal training between the hours of 7am and 3pm. If you would like to have training sessions starting before 7am or starting at 3pm or later, a premium rate will be charged.
All sales are non-refundable. 24 hours cancellation notice must be given otherwise charges will incur.
